A mountain located in the Himalaya range of eastern Nepal is Ama Dablam which is standing at 6,812 meters (22,349). Ama Dablam is considered one of the most beautiful mountains in the world and is a popular peak for mountaineers as well as it is known for its steep and technical climbing routes, which require advanced mountaineering skills and experience. Including acclimatization and climbing period, an expedition to climb Ama Dablam typically takes around 30 days which usually starts with a flight from Kathmandu to lukla, followed by a trek to the base camp at 4,570 meters (15,000ft). Before starting their ascent from there climbers will send several days acclimatizing and practicing technical skills.
Ama dablam climb is considered challenging, but not as technically difficult as some of the other peaks in the Himalaya range so the climbing route to the summit of Ama Dablam involves steep rock and ice climbing, with a final ascent to the summit via a narrow ridge. Climbers must be experienced in using crampons, ice axes, and ropes, and should be comfortable with exposed and technical terrain. The weather in Ama Dablam can be more unpredictable but it is typically climbed in the autumn season (september-November) , when the weather is relatively stable and the skies are clear, as well as the spring season (March – May) can also be a good time to climb.
